An hour ago it was 72f outside. It's now 64f outside and starting to rain. Low tonight is supposed to be 30f.
Winter weather in Florida is bizarre. It can go from low 80s to freezing within 24 hours, them zoom back to the 80s. Cold is supposed to last days this time.
I spent yesterday afternoon bringing my orchids inside and potted plants up right next to the house. This afternoon will be spent bringing more plants inside and covering others. Am waiting for the rain to end before I cover plants. Don't need wet covers freezing to the plants.
Cross your fingers for me that the power stays on. We are usually the first to lose power, but with all the new equipment repairing the damage Ian did we might be okay.
