I take my cues from the kids, Wendy.

I'm also learning to shed all the old mistaken values that were imposed on me. Thanks for that wonderful insight!

I had missed that one. {{{{Wendy}}}}
You're husband can't teach you whether you want to learn or not. It has to come from within you. If he tries to force you, it will become a punishment rather than a delight. It is okay to giggle and more so, to laugh out loud. It's good for the soul as well as the body. Laughing, like crying is a release of tension and increases the release of endorphins, something we are short on. They are both cleansing and perfectly okay to do, otherwise we wouldn't have been given these gifts.
A quote from Bob Hope: "I have seen what a laugh can do. It can transform almost unbearable tears into someting bearable, even hopeful."
