One of the things I really disliked when I still worked in the office before going WAH (work at home), was that they were constantly sending out reminders to always be aware of tailgaters who didn't have their badges and to not let anyone in without a badge ever because everyone had to wear their badge and let themselves in the doors (all the inside doors to our company are locked and require a keycard) and we were supposed to confront anyone without a badge/security card and escort them to the front desk. If I ever saw anyone waiting at a door, I would just turn around and go to a different one because as I saw it, I am not paid to be a security guard and refused to confront anyone. If I knew the person worked there, I would let them in of course.
