Ooh, fibro is such a terrible disorder and fibro anxiety...no good. My sister has battled fibro for much of her life.

Our temperatures have been so extreme during the past 15-ish years, it's hard not to find it depressing. Our summers are typically hot, but 90's. We'll have a heat wave here and there of a few days around 99 - 105. Record-breakers in history were a single day in early August that was 110 and people talked about "that day" for years.

This summer we had a week of days that hit highs between 116 and 118 degrees every day. Nothing in the history of this region had ever come close to such temperatures. (And yes, I did sit inside that week spending too much money on Etsy - most of which I regretted.)

Climate change...
