I was up at 4 a.m. again. I stayed in bed tossing and turning until 6, but then gave up and am having coffee and watching a Gabriel Iglesias stand-up special. I think it will be another day of doing nothing. I could put away my clean clothes. I took a shower yesterday and will again tomorrow morning before I go to my mom's. It gets so dry when it's cold. Ooh! The sun is up!

I stopped my Cogentin. My mouth is constantly parched unless I'm actively drinking a beverage. I can't even swallow my food without drinking something. My eyes are so dry that I can't wear my contacts. Plus, I had to take some Dulcolax yesterday but luckily it worked.

I may go back to sleep for a bit. I've been up for 4 hours. It's 8:15 now.
