@DeeeSchmeee68 I am sorry you are in such a challenging situation. Do you have any skills that could be converted into working virtually?

I am not fond of people that white wash situations. I would much rather have someone coaching me that is practical and helping me find actual work, not just trying to cheer me up.

Another option I have heard of is people working evenings or nights or weekends. If you asked me what to do next, I would say list any job skills you have whether you worked a job in them or not. Start googling the strongest skills you have with something like this

Virtual work needed for typing light bookkeeping (whatever applies to you)

That would be the most flexible.

If that does not give much to go on, try picking times you could work with the skills and just see what kind of jobs are out there.

So just getting a job title with skills you have would be a big start. If you want to send me a message (Click on CANDC to the left of this message and send personal message) and we can brainstorm this in messages or just list your skills here and let members suggest ideas. The key to brainstorming is not to rule out anything. Just keep open to the ideas. @CANDC
