I am sorry you are struggling with sleep. I know without sleep things seem to escalate. I also can understand a little about the old message thing, I have alot of those too. But one thing I've been told alot is to be patient and those messages, with the help of reframing them, will eventually be turned around. I don't know, I guess I am saying too much. Well again, I hope you will take care of yourself and try to get some rest.
