Yes, and for the short while we worked with my inner child, I kept telling T that I felt aweful, because I didn't want to blame my father. He wasn't the best Dad, but he was the reason I didn't end up in the gutter or jail or something. And we have a good relationship now. Etc. T assured me it wasn't about blame, but I'm not really sure I can appreciate the nuance. So yeah, I'm not big on placing blame over spilt milk. Noone can change the past. We've all made mistakes.
