Wow. That sounds like a really tough situation. I gather the police were no help and the landlord either. I don't know if this is possible but maybe you could move. I know that's kind of radical. But it doesn't seem like anyone is going to be willing to help this situation. Maybe if you could remove yourself from the situation it would help your mental health.
