... I know that New Year resolutions are meaningless as most people stop pursuing them come February, but I have some hopes:
1) start and finish an important writing project
2) keep in touch with friends and family via writing and calling more
3) learn stretches and perform them regularly for both hand/wrist/arm symptoms of mine (from typing and clicking) and for large muscle groups, too. Learn about body mechanics and help my body feel its best via stretching.
