I am so sorry if the above sounded aggressive and harsh ... thankyou for your thoughts and prayers ... Stefan is home and feeling better .... guess i just panicked because of his breathing, chest pain, he just recovered from cancer, he just lost his wife ... i was just scared .....thankyou so much for your replies .....

my friend is in better spirits and Stefan came home..(point blank refused to stay in hospital he is very stubborn bless him, but he is ok, needssome iron tablets but his bloods were fineand his chest pain went (so he says lol) anything not to stay in hosp.

But i saw him and gave him a cuddle and we are going round in the morning to cut his beloved hedge in his beautiful garden ....he is 84 and still gets up the ladder to cutthe hedge (well, he used to until he had the op for cancer ....)I just hope we can keep is spirits up until we go on holiday, he is coming with us so that is a step in the right direction .... he keeps talking about it .... bless him he is so lost, but they were married for 60 years .... he called Maggie his 'queen'.
