It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. I am in a bad place and I don’t know what to do.
-my father is not well and it’s just a matter of time of him dying.
-Christmas ended up being a total nightmare.
- family member brought a stomach bug to my house and made everyone else sick over Christmas
-my sons birthday is the day after Christmas and therefor he was sick and was forced to miss his wrestling tournament the next day.
-finally my job handed out bonus’s on Friday and I didn’t get one. I have never not received a bonus and I’ve even went above and beyond in my job the past 6 months. I’ve even taken on a big project and working extra just to get things done.

I feel like I’m done and I am slowly sinking back into the bad stuff to cope.
