I made lots of variations on the chocolate chip cookie when I was baking. Put some malted milk powder in the batter and get malted milk chocolate chip. That's pretty good. If you're more adventurous you can spice them up and make chipotle chocolate chip cookies. I made them once and I don't think most people noticed.
