This day started with me wanting to see parts of the funeral of former pope Benedict. First I overslept. Then I found out at the breakfast table that the funeral started earlier then I had thought.
I missed the opportunity to do my physical exercises for my body and I missed my time repeating old therapy notes and using a CBT/DBT book. These two are my most important morning rituals and can help me to stay on track for the rest of the day.
I wasn't able to continue my day.
I'll start fresh again tomorrow. A setback is no catastrophe.
