The chestnut and mushroom ale pie was really good but like I said needed more gravy so would add more stock next time, it was a nice rich gravy though.
Tonight I’m reheating a defrosted chickpea, sweet potato and spinach curry so nice and easy, just rice to cook and might make some chapatti to go with that (those are very easy to make).
Nammu I think left over Turkey is nicer than the actual Christmas dinner, especially with cranberry. How do you make cornbread? I like the sound of that.
