I've know 2 women who were experiencing what you've described and it turned out they had vitamin D deficiencies. Same thing happened to me last winter and spring. I don't notice any hair loss now, so it must be a very small amount.

I take 2000iu a day. Should I take more? I will if it will stop this hair loss.
