I have been hospitalized in the past 10 years 2x it still scares the hell out of me. Even worse now that I'm in a new city. my control issues and paranoia get worse as I get worse. I've been told that it'll be worse if I don't show up to the appointment because they have my address. So hopefully it goes well.
