Which med? Not Metformin, I'm sure, and that's the so-called "weight loss" med that I assume you're referring to?
Some GP's prescribe metformin with AP's because the AP's themselves cause weight gain having to do with the way they screw with a person's metabolism, regardless of what the person eats.
