Oh I took a break from this because I fell off the healthy eating bandwagon over Christmas and I’m weighing heavier which is to be expected given the amount of chocolate I’ve eaten since Christmas.
I was
supposed to do sugar free January but that’s an epic fail. I need to watch my blood sugar levels, as they’re higher than they should be so I know I
need to do better.
I guess I should credit myself with keeping up exercising over this time which has probably helped a bit
but I know no amount of exercise cancels out poor diet.
A few bold and italic prints here, it’s aimed at no one but myself. I know all these things about healthy diet so why do I keep on doing them to myself? Stress plays a part, and I think I’m an emotional eater.
Anyhow I’m not totally cutting sugar out but I’m cutting down a lot, no more chocolate, and trying to up my healthy choices as often as possible.
On the up side did well with 3 runs and 1 swim this week so far, and lots of walking.
