I feel very tired.
I have understood that in this stage of my life (the after Christmas and New year time), I will need to be patient with myself.
I have different plans for the weekends than for the rest of the weeks.
My goals for the next week is to be able to go through my "stay healthy" morning rituals and to make dinner each day. If I can do that, that is progress.
