Hi Jinny,
On a PC, I think you can press print screen, which will take a screen shot and keep it on your clipboard. Then you can open up paint or a similar program and paste it in there.

On a mac, you can press Command, Shift, 4 and drag your mouse over the object and take a screen shot that way.

After that, you can upload the image to an online photo storage place (photobucket, etc) and paste it here.
