Hi

This is only my third post on the forum

I'm beginning to explore dissociative states with my psychologist (Masters qualified Trauma specialist)

It is "At a pace which is right and safe for (Patient)" because I have a history of trauma involving psychologists. So I dissociate at the drop of a hat in therapy

Mine takes a few forms

Flashbacks are dissociative
"Flashforwards" or "Flashbacks to things which haven't happened yet" are a dissociative state as yet to be titled
"Other people's flashbacks" are too
The Freeze trauma response is dissociative
Not often. But sometimes people tell me that I have hurt people, caused serious injury. And I am honest when I say that i have no idea what they are talking about. Then years later I get flashbacks of these amnesic events

My team can't completely agree on my full diagnosis. But something along the lines of schizoaffective disorder, OCD, CPTSD, and possibly either autism or personality pathology

I am in my 40s

Sorry to vent. I don't know what this is meant to achieve. My psychiatrist says that my writings are OCD Compulsions
