I have to keep calling. My provider cut down how many days per week she works, and she has no openings till April. I adjusted the med myself to a higher dosage. That didn't seem to do anything. I don't think medication adjusting helps. I did all that in the past. I always wind up on the same med at the same dosage.

I have to just force myself to do things.
