I have felt sad this day

, stared into the wall or being around Internet for no purpose.
I will eat and then relax for the rest of the day.
I understand that it has been too much for me and that I have a new chance to go on tomorrow. Only two "time periodes" shall count (morning routines and the walk outside). When these time-periodes are fullfilled I shall be satisfied and then build up step by step from there.
My rules are: Enough sleep - healthy food - relaxation exercises - fresh air.
These shall make me feel better!
