I want to say I’m sick and cancel my one class today. Everything else is zoom meetings this afternoon.

I’m not actually sick; I just can’t bear the thought of going into that workplace.

I haven’t canceled a class due to my own illness in years. I had to cancel a few when my mother was ill, but otherwise it’s rare for me.
