Yeah, starting to think that. Had a chat with chiding German ex-chair (she’s on sabbatical) and asked about her experience with discrimination complaints. Almost certainly the office has been in touch with both of them by now, according to her.

So these emails do seem like they might be either desperate attempts to cling, or show she doesn’t care.

Or maybe she missed the email from the anti-discrimination office, too…
