I am an hour away from Johns Hopkins, supposed to be the best hospital in the USA. I've been to their psych wards 6 times. Half of their wards are horrible. When I was getting ECT there none of the staff talked to me and you get to see the Dr. for 5 minutes at 7:30 AM and he asks the same four questions every morning.
