I guess some kind of egg dish with roll or bread on the side and fresh veggies (cherry tomatoes, pepper strips, radishes, cucumber, etc.) Yesterday I made "ham and eggs", but I also make variations of mushroom/onion/eggs or Lečo, which is sauteed onion/pepper/tomato and eggs. Or other ways. They always taste good. My husband is obsessed with lečo and eggs. Sometimes people also add sliced kielbasa to it, but Hubby prefers me not to. I most prefer eggs poached or sunny side up over scrambled, or in omelette form. Occasionally I make them my prefered way. I first started making eggs for myself at age 8 or 9. First thing I learned to cook on my own and reach the stove (I was tall). I was proud of myself.
How exactly do you most like your eggs, if you like them? And dry/well or more runny? And what with?
