I very much appreciate your post!

I think my dizzies are due to me “being crazy in the head” rather than more concrete, physical stuff, but not positive.

I have, though, been trying to keep track of food intake, environment, possible triggers, and such.

I am relieved to say the dizzies are much reduced since my first post
