Confident. I could sit down with a complete stranger for 45 minutes, listen to (and watch) the person, and come up with a decent diagnosis.
Online, it would take me much longer, but after a month or so of "knowing" someone (and interacting with that person every or almost every day) I can get a general idea of what "category" the person fits into.
What I find extremely interesting online, though, is how geographical location determines so much of an individual's personality.
