Feel tired today and not too enthusiatic about how to be able to return to my schedules. I will try to, as best I can, to make myself ready to start again tomorrow. I think the best is to only focus on a few things: Up early, physical and psychological exercises, repeating psychological tools and to have some fresh air ouside + regular meals of course.
