I'm glad to hear about you fulfilling a difficult goal. Whenever I have something I've got to and I think I can't do, then I would do it, and then it helps my depression a little bit. As far as sleeping, I tend to feel like I'm in the "dark clouds" when I don't get a good night's sleep, even while things are going well.
