I feel just like you do. Losing interest in life. It's a bad place because there can be so much joy in life. Try mindfulness.
Try just being in the moment and concentrate on just what's in front of you. Let the bad thoughts flow by like clouds in the sky.
Try and be grateful for the little things in life .Like walking if you can walk , seeing if you can see.I try this as much as possible. I don't want to end my own life because it's not mine to end. Hang in there. It all ends eventually , for everyone.
