I baked two things in preparation for some friends visiting this weekend. Breakfast and lunch were leftovers. For dinner...not sure yet, even though it's already after 6 pm. Maybe some Chinese appetizers. Lunch was big enough.

That sounds amazing and very European!
We had a veggie Haggis last night, which was mostly lentil and oat based, because it was Burns night. Left overs tonight.
I made this nice simple snack as the oven was on, roasted some almonds with paprika and a little chilli powder.
