Apparently part of the problem is that my apt. number is 16. My packages and mail not infrequently get delivered to #19. Strangely, I have never received a package or mail for #19. Fortunately, that neighbor is the sweetest person ever and always brings my stuff to me. In fact, I'm thinking of sending her a box of some kind of nice tea to thank her.
