I'm not a physician, but you might have a sinus infection. Low energy, no energy, icky mucous, sore throat, no appetite, headaches, body aches---all very familiar to me.

I've been drinking mini bottles of gatorade today. Its been helping. I might have some broth somewhere and I have a can of low sodium chicken noodle soup.
