Thanks for the reminder AliceKate. Per the boundaries new T sent we can review the new boundaries every two weeks which would be our next session. Last week at the end of session he extended his hand for a hand shake which I will admit I really didn't want. I hesitated and he was very sincerely offering it knowing I wanted to FEEL connected in a literal sense. He held my hand for a moment and it was weird but better than a handshake. I am having a lot of pain in my shoulder and arm from stress so if he is not going to start the somatic work soon I am going to take him up on a referral to a massage therapist next session.

If I move I would have to find a new T as he is not licensed to work in that state and the requirements are very different.
