Just curious, but why are you seeing two therapists if your trauma therapist is helping you? Is it for other reasons?
It sounds like stress is getting to you, which can manifest as anger. You have been through a lot lately. Stress can leave us emotionally vulnerable, which means we can become angry or sad at the drop of a hat. Mindfulness skills like focus on breathing and imagery helps me when I become stressed out. Also performing some relaxation exercises help as well.
Getting enough restful sleep and making sure we eat is important for emotion regulation.
