You have a lot going on (personal life) and you are seeking help. Yet, this therapist is shutting you / your needs down and not hearing you (e.g. you don't need to come anymore, you can't talk about what is affecting you). Of course, you have every reason to be angry. This is a 'normal' reaction towards a T who decides - for you(!!) - what it is *they* think you need and who wants to shove *their* modality (CBT) down your throat. Anger is a very valid response under the circumstances.

I agree with everything Rive said. I'd be angry, too, and I don't get angry that often.
