This day I have worked in short time periods. I have been quick in my movements and have done the following: De-cluttered the living room, washed cloths, done the dishes and been at the grocery-store. In addition I bought Take away.
After dinner I have had a relaxed time with a book and enjoyed every minute of it.

I have only used TV for the news (and watched Netflix in the pauses between each "work time period").
I think the letter from my GP about that my "iron storage" is about to be filled up again has given me some motivation.
