Hmm not sure why you are thinking that "those people" who have ptsd have different qualities than people who aren't suffering from that disorder.

Why not approach it as good qualities that people can have? There are lists and lists around that you can read. Then check off those qualities that you have.

I don't think that your Ts are wanting emotional/psychological/social qualities only...but actual physical abilities (such as a hobby you work at) will do too?
