your body is going to react awkwardly to changing your daily routine... when i do good and eat right, my tummy is has some extra buldge for 2 or 3 days.. but make it just a little longer and youll start to notice it go away. at least i did!
The fear of gaining it back is what keeps us all from getting better, just try to stay on top of moderation and things like that and youll do ok
