Some things that help me with insomnia are:

1. Cutting down on salt. It seems that salt is a stimulant.
2. Increasing intake of potassium rich foods.
3. Increasing intake of magnesium rich foods.
4. The flower called Hops. It is something that is used in beer but can be purchased in capsules.
5. Valerian.
6. Melatonin

You've probably tried these things already but just thought I'd share.

As you surely also know, it is important to consult one's physician when trying these things because there is a relative lack of oversight in the production of supplements and supplements can have powerful physiological effects and can interact with other medications. Some can aggravate medical conditions. Some cause side effects. I use only a tiny bit of the flower hops since too much can worsen my depression.
