Is this really a ploy for some admiration? That's what it sounds like to me, since all your issues are very workable. People get sick, people lose their jobs, things change, life goes on. If you confront it as best you can, you'll do fine, and may even end up learning some things. If any of us focused on all the bad things in our lives, we could construct a similar list. I know I could. If you're really looking to overcome this and are sincerely stressed out, just do your best, pay attention, and focus on some other parts of your life that aren't all bad.
