i m not happy with my wife at all,i have 3 kids and am seeking divorce which she is against that and my parents are forcing me to stay with family which i said i wont because i already warn them that before 6 years if any problem arises between us ,i wont stay with her.i already gave her a chance to make it smooth but she is like adamant character and wont change at all.my whole family is against me and am the only one to fight for me..i said i dont need any to support me,i will fight for me alone..my parents saying me to get out of home instead of divorce and saying you have to follow my words if you want to stay with us..i mean how they can control my life?can they really have power to control us how to stay in a unhappy marriage life?i told them its my life and you dont have rights to control according to your choice and i warned them i will take this matter to court and get results there..everyone supporting her eventhough she is wrong and treating me bad and am getting into depression and mental torture..can i file for divorce and take matter to court when my family isnt giving me answers?
