i reached out for help here online, elsewhere, on the hotline, at the mental health center, to my psych... nobody seems to get that i might even
Possible trigger:
cause i cant take it anymore, truly.

i quit some meds altogether, now they're giving me them back. they said it will take from 6 to 10 weeks to get back to normal. i cant take that.

im really out of myself
