Excellent mental health goals, I think. The only addition I can think of is something like meditation, maybe. A long time ago I took a workshop & for part of it we did a walking meditation. I don't often hear people mention walking meditation, but I found that technique very powerful. Something about the movement while following the breath and practicing mindfulness, all at the same time. Well, here, I found this:
