I felt physical anxiety at work all day, even though it was an easy day as far as workload. I felt tension throughout my body and a bit of an anxious stomach. The tension was still there even when I left work, so I'm not sure what that is even about. My therapist said some anxiety at work is normal, but I don't think it feels normal when it is all day throughout the day and even once work was over with. I don't know what I'm so nervous about. It's so frustrating. My therapist says practice self-talk, but I'm having a hard time with it. Also, I went to the dentist, and he noticed I've been grinding my teeth, and he said it's likely anxiety.
