I've changed my diet and I'm eating actual food and meals now instead of just snacks and soda. So I do feel better now that I'm eating and I'm less hungry on fewer calories then before since I'm eating better and not drinking 3 cans of soda plus coffee. The vitamin D may be helping things along since lacking it can cause hunger and weight gain.

Going without that much caffeine is making me kinda tired. I didn't sleep that great last night and I tried drinking an iced latte but I wasn't in the mood for it so then I actually went back to bed at 7 for an hour. Kinda strange for me to refuse caffeine and opt to get more sleep instead. I guess its not bad though.

Overall things are going well. I have family coming to visit tommorow. My aunt and her husband and my uncle and his girlfriend. Super supportive people.

There going out to eat with my mom and brother and I'm staying at home because I don't do italian food. I know my therapist would push me about just going and trying something safe and try grounding and mindfullness but honestly at this moment she can just go shove her diet and weight advice. Or use it herself.
