You are absolutely in the right place with this post. I myself have recently parted from a 3 year relationship that followed a three year very close friendship. Needless to say I completely understand. I'm not sure of the terms of your separation, but by your comments, I'm going to assume they were bad. Can you tell my why he left? Mine left me because of my problems. The depression that follows the ending of a close relationship is very common. And while it may not feel like it right now, time will heal your heart.
